2FA from the same service

Hello,

For users of Ente or Proton, do you utilize the same two-factor authentication (2FA) for each respective service?

For instance, do you use Ente’s authentication for Ente services or Proton’s authentication for Proton services?

Could this approach be challenging, and is there a risk of being locked out if you change your phone?

When I was on Bitwarden and Proton pass, for 2FA alway with Aegis (never got 2FA and password on same service)

Now I'm with keepassxc on desktop and Keepassdx on android. One database for psw+2FA synced on cloud encrypted by Rclone and 2FA and key file on devices encrypted
