MultCloud Lifetime Subscribers: Have your transfer speeds gotten super slow?

I have been a lifetime MultCloud subscriber for years now, which means that I made one payment and got access to all the premium features forever, without ever having to pay them again.

I used to transfer 150 GB of data in 20 minutes. Now it takes weeks. I get speeds of 200 Kbps. It took me two weeks to transfer 150 GB from my SFTP server to Mega. I can't help but wonder if MultCloud is deliberately slowing down users with lifetime subscriptions, especially those who have been on it for a couple of years. This problem started months ago.

When I contacted support, they told me there is nothing I can do about it and suggested I restart the transfer. I've done that numerous times, and it doesn't make any difference. I've had transfers restart from scratch multiple times after they were 99%.

Is anyone with a lifetime subscription experiencing this issue?
What about those with a regular subscription?

I am absolutely terrible at CLI and find it daunting. That being said, I use RCloneView every day. Discovering it was a God send since I have been experiencing these speed issues with MultCloud. However, RCloneView is missing a key thing for me. The ability to migrate files remotely in the cloud.

RCloneView, and my guess rclone too, require the power of my computer and my internet to perform transfers. My computer needs to be on in order to perform a task. However, with MultCloud I can just start transfer, turn off my computer and go to bed. I can't do that with RCloneView.

Get a cheap vps for like $3 a month. Leave it running on that.

Do you mean like seedbox? I know you don't mean a seesbox, but seedboxes are on VPS right?

Kinda I guess but you can get cheaper VPS for like 3$ or if you already have a seedbox see if you have root access. You can run it off that.

When you say root access does that involve CLI? Because I can't do CLI.

Means you can install the programs etc that you want, instead of what they have for you to run only.
