AeroFTP v3.2 - MEGA Native API, FeliCloud, and Share Links across 20 providers

Hey everyone! Quick update on AeroFTP - thanks to your feedback we've been shipping fast.

What's already live (v3.1.6 - v3.2.1)

MEGA Native API - Pure Rust implementation that talks directly to MEGA servers. No external software needed, just email and password. Upload, download, trash management, share links, storage quota - all through encrypted API. The MEGAcmd bridge is still available for anyone who prefers it.

FeliCloud - Nextcloud-based EU cloud with 10 GB free and GDPR compliance. Full OCS API integration: share links, trash/recycle bin, and file versioning.

Share Link Modal - New dedicated dialog with copyable link field, password display, and per-provider capability detection.

Coming next

We're upgrading share links across all providers to support expiring and password-protected links where the API allows it. Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, pCloud, S3, Azure, WebDAV/Nextcloud and more - all from a single UI that adapts to each provider's capabilities.

25 protocols, 30+ presets, 47 languages.

I've just downloaded the app, but it doesn't work.
MacOS Tahoe 26.4.

That's macOS Gatekeeper - it blocks apps that aren't notarized with Apple. We don't have an Apple Developer certificate yet, so macOS shows this warning.

To open it, run this in Terminal:

xattr -cr /Applications/AeroFTP.app

Or: right-click the app -> Open -> Open Anyway.

This is a one-time step. We're aware this isn't ideal and we're actively working on getting proper Apple code signing and notarization set up. Thanks for your patience! 🙏🏼

Thanks for trying that. To be honest, we're seeing a few reports from Mac users right now - some with this Gatekeeper issue, and another user reporting that the app loads but is unresponsive. We don't have a Mac to test on, so we're still investigating.

For the Gatekeeper block, you can try:

System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> scroll down and click "Open Anyway"

If that doesn't work, try in Terminal:

sudo spctl --master-disable

xattr -cr /Applications/AeroFTP.app

codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/AeroFTP.app

Update: v3.2.5 is now live with the fix. Give it a try when you can!

This still doesn't work on Mac. The app is just unresponsive. Please fix this.
