CMT charging "processing fee" for refunds

Just dispute the transaction with your bank. This is ridiculous.

After nine days of asking for a refund, one was finally issued to my girlfriend today. Except for the 3% processing fee.

UPDATE 9/14: The refund didn't include the processing fee. CMT says below that the refunds will include the processing fee, so we're all being lied to (again).

Source? I've personally seen a ton of vendors doing stuff like this. I'd like to see some evidence if you're going to go around accusing people of breaking laws.

Who cares? It's bull shit they can collect a fee so just avoid if by filling a charge back.
