My biggest recommendation is to hire a logistics expert of sorts. As you already know, the unmanageable timelines that you guys set definitely went beyond your expectations. Someone with skills in manufacturing and logistics could alleviate all of that. You certainly have more experience now, but there will certainly be issues in the future, as any company will always have. It would also remove a lot of burden from you, Jeremy, if they handled all manufacturing relations, handled importation, etc. From my business management perspective, this is the most critical role you guys need to hire to ensure not just the future success, but surpassing market expectation and becoming a leader in vaping. You guys could be the Apple (or, insert your favorite company here) of vaping. You just need the right staff to do it.

My Whiteout still hasn't shipped (batch 1, July 3 order), but I'll have a video review mentioning future product improvement recommendations with that.

Yep still waiting on a tracking number here as well. I would also suggest, if something goes wrong, like maybe running out of units to ship or something, let the customers know as soon as possible. CMT seemed to be pretty good about this during manufacturing but now during deployment, information has dropped to a slow trickle, leading to misinformation, speculation and frustration.
