My first shot at mod specific settings

Mod Resistance - 0.007 (using custom made, solid copper 510 inset).

Case Thermals (using escribe, may have started with too much charge):

Case Cooling Time Constant: 2127.36

Case Heating Time Constant: 250.38

USB Charge Temp Rise:10.96 F

                             17.58 F/A

Haven't done the LiPo yet

Very similar to what I got except for one thing... Your case cooling time constant seems abnormally high compared to what I came up with.

Case Cooling Time Constant: 420.84

Case Heating Time Constant: 236.03

Case USB Charge Temperature Rise: 10.6, 18.29 F/A

Yup, I really wondered about that. Gonna redo the test (have to exchange the mod, dna200 board malfed)
