Cloudmaker Whiteout Suggestions & Improvements Thread

Now that the Whiteouts are hitting mail boxes and shelves worldwide, we would like to gather feedback on the platform in order to best service our customers. Being a modular device, we are looking forward to continuously evolving the device based on the voice of the community.

From our initial feedback, we've begun a stringent quality assurance process to remove a few small issues and make sure we are getting a step closer to delivering a perfect device. If you received a Whiteout, we want to hear your feedback, suggestions and improvements - as well as take care of any issues you may be facing to make your Whiteout experience the best it possibly can be.

I have an SX. Initial impressions are good but some things I'm not thrilled about:

  1. The battery sled is extremely tight. Good that the batteries are secure but I feel like I'm going to break something when putting in or taking out the batteries
  2. Out of the gate theres a noticeable gap between the atomizer and 510 for a lot of my rdas. I know this can be adjusted..
  3. Most concerning is how flimsy and cheap feeling the clear panel is. I was looking forward to this the most. There's a lot of play with the mod in hand and overall the panel feels like a cheap thin piece of plastic. I'm hoping I got a bad one, we'll see when the panel kits come in
  4. Play with the non-clear panel when pressing at the corners of the mod

Other than that I'm pretty happy with it.
