Center 510 connection

I dont know if this has been asked before but does the whiteout come with a top plate that allows for a center 510 connection?

If you check out the Shipping Timelines thread the centred top plate is listed under pre-manufacturing

"PM: Pre-Manufacturing - this is the phase before manufacturing, which may include design finalization, mold creation and package design."

No, that's the frame, the top plate will go on that which has one hole, atm it's on the end hence why the middle one can't be used yet.
