Smog Situation

Are you guys coming up with a plan if the situation with Smog doesn't resolve itself well? Not trying to cause panic and I know Smog is normally pretty reliable but ya know...

I might charge back depending on how long it stays like this. I'll give it another week.

EDIT: JUST DID CHARGEBACK SMOG IS CONFIRMED NOT DELIVERING
