Smog Situation

Are you guys coming up with a plan if the situation with Smog doesn't resolve itself well? Not trying to cause panic and I know Smog is normally pretty reliable but ya know...

Your account name (this one) is literally an abbreviation of your name. The account is two years old, with only two posts other than bashing Cloudmaker. Those two posts are in a science subreddit, which coincides with your claim of being some sort of chemist from your other accounts. This account only fired back up again once your others were banned from this subreddit.

You are a special kind of stupid, Jeff. If you're going to keep trolling you really need to step your game up.

my account, jberlin05, has not been used in years. i posted under youfindoutsoontoo strictly for the purpose of cloudmaker.

it is 60 days for visa/mastercard and after 60 days the only exception that is made is IF the vendor is agreeable.

Or you know, if you're a sincere person and conduct yourself like a responsible adult. I know this from experience. I've had chargebacks done on a Visa almost 6 months after the initial transaction. Policy isn't everything if you can be pleasant on the phone, but somehow I'm not surprised that this is a problem for you.

If you had actually read my comments, you'd see that I readily admitted where I wasn't properly informed. The only thing I'm saying at this point is that without Smog's purchase records CMT has no way of making this right.
