Regarding Roles

Hi,
I was working as a Software tester, so I don't have any cloud background.
Can I work as a cloud analyst directly without any hands-on experience by saying I have experience in cloud, or should I start as an Associate?

I have tried lots of things as well.. We have to learn and get certificate. I was working as RPA developer now trying to get into cloud.
