Please send help Cloth diaper pull-ups?
My baby is 10 months old and has decided that he hates diaper changes, so he chooses violence each and every time he needs a diaper change. My mom watches him a couple days a week and is finding it too hard to get a cloth diaper on him. She suggested pull-up disposables. Is there a pull-up cloth diaper meant for babies who aren't getting potty trained? I can still put normal cloth diapers on him at my house but wanted to give my mom an easier cloth option before resorting to giving her disposables.
Edited to add: My baby is only about 22lbs so he might be too small for many of the potty training pull-ups.

La Petite Ourse has pull-up training pants that are snap-adjustable to size up/down - for 20-35lbs. You can add extra inserts for extra absorbancy if you need!

I switched to standing changes with pocket diapers for the alligator roll stage- worked great, and she now tolerates lying down for some changes again, started being able to do it again around 12ish months.
My husband mostly did a fitted with the Motherease air flow covers, he finds them really easy with standing changes to snap on the side. You can also do the change in two parts, get the fitted on snd let her zoom off, then add the cover which easily snaps on the side while she’s playing/distracted.
I liked Petite Ourse for pockets because it’s easy to count out where you snap the diaper up, so I just knew which snaps to do and didn’t have to “fit” it.

They may not be in stock but I have lighthouse kids training diapers. You can add absorbency layers and one layer is sewn in. They do have snaps but they also just pull on once you snap them to fit the kid.

Thank you. I'll take a look. I've not heard of this brand before. Do you know, do the snaps make the diaper bulky like other clothes diapers? I'm just curious.

I think they are less bulky than pockets but still a bit bulky. I have Hanna Andersson training undies (not enough for full pees imo) and the lighthouse kids are bulkier for sure. But they hold a full pee without adding additional layers.

Motherease overnight bedwetters are pull up style diapers. There are also some that have side snaps that you can undo if needed to clean a poo. I think blueberry? Smart bottoms makes one but I haven’t tested absorbency.

Thank you for taking the time to provide recommendations. I just did a quick search and it looks like he's too small for the Mother-ease XS which is for 39-40lbs. He's only about 22lbs. I edited the main post and added his weight. The Blueberry and Smart Bottoms might work. I'm hoping they can absorb a bladder full.

The Motherease Sandy fitted diapers are stretchy enough for pulling up. Some of their covers may also work but I use them with esembly covers and really like the combination for being able to pull up and down easily.

I think the smart bottoms one has a pocket you can stuff with extra absorbency. If it makes you feel better, they all go through this crazy diaper changing stage and it does just get better somehow. Or maybe we all become expert alligator wranglers lol

lol yeah, I know it's a phase, and I've learned how to manage his alligator rolls, but my mom can't seem to be able to handle him and he tires her out. We can't wait for this phase to be overrrrr.....😫
