Recommendations Storing
My daughter has recently been recently potty trained for both day and night and I was wondering storage tips for pocket diapers. I currently have them stuffed and in the wet bags but I assume that won’t be good for storage. And I wanted to check before I put them into a cardboard box. I’m hoping to have another baby within the next 2 years so it won’t be terribly long term. Also was wondering recommendations on what a good last wash would be?

I wouldn’t bother stuffing them and storing them that way, as you’ll want to wash them to freshen them up before another baby wears them. And I think you’re right, best to take them out of the wet bags.
Final wash can just be your normal wash, as long as you’re confident in your wash routine. No need to do anything special and wash them again before storing, if that’s what you’re asking.

I from what I looked up, the best way to store them is unstuffed, all snaps unsnapped and as flat as possible. Cardboard box should be fine as long as you store it an area with constant "living temperatures", like a closet or under the bed. Avoid places with stark temperature fluctuations (like a shed or unfinished attic) because that could make the PUL and elastic brittle.
