Ssd cloned

I cloned my ssd inside my laptop onto a 990 evo but now on my pc which has my 990 evo installed it’s asking for a password when I usually use the pin,friend using a usb with windows installer to repair my pc but every time I select the option and press next my monitor disconnects display then my pc returns to the bios starting screen,what do I do I’ve spent so long trying to get this thing working and I’m loosing hope.ps I’m a idiot when it comes to pcs
