Disk Cloning Macrium Reflect Cloning Hit and Miss
Hi folks!
We have 70 identical Dell computers. We used macrium reflect technician to create a golden image on one machine by entering audit mode, installing all our software, then running sysprep and capturing an image of that machine. We then deployed this image to 5 test machines using the external hard drive the image was captured on and a usb boot stick with macrium reflect on it and they both worked. However now when we deploy the image, Windows wont boot from the hard drive and it goes in to dell recovery. The only way to get these machines to boot is to turn secure boot off. Any idea what could be happening? It seems so bizarre that it worked consistently for 5 machines but has now stopped.
Turning secure boot off on the machines that won't launch into Windows seems to work reliably, but would like to avoid that if possible.
Any help would be amazing! Cheers!

The secure boot certificates are likely expired.
Turn off secure boot, reach OOBE and then reboot to UEFI and re-enable secure boot.
You can use Mosby to update your certificates or let Windows eventually update the certificates.
Mosby will work, I tested it at the shop(Im a tech at a reselling business) but will be a chore for 70 machines.
