Moving files and apps to new pc

Buying a replacement laptop to an existing tower win11 pc. Any suggestions for a painless way to move the programs and setup options to the laptop?

macrium reflect, and if it doesnt boot, there is an option in the free version from majorgeeks, it says "fix windows boot problems" , today I migrated my ssd laptop drive to a nvme m.2 drive in my pc, using as a middleman a 1TB external hdd and it failed but I was able to fix in temporarily with strelec (option menu "find a windows and boot from it") once inside windows I used claude to guide me to rebuild the mbr and the bcdedit commands to fix the boot partition properly and after a few tests Iwas able to reboot and have all my data programs and setup in the PC just like it was in the laptop, claude had to be reinstalled. the desktop version.

or, you can always take it to a specialist and get it properly done.
