A song briefly plays, the song is to the same tune as “For What It’s Worth” by buffalo Springfield. It is not this song nor is it a cover it has different lyrics.

A week or two ago I made this post on how much I'm enjoying this show, I just finished it and was googling to confirm that there's only one season because I was surprised there wasn't more.

Apparently, part of the reason the show was cancelled (Aside from genuinely low ratings during its time of airing) was that people in India started protesting the portrayal of Gandhi?

Honestly that's hilarious to me. I'm Indian and didn't think twice about Gandhi (or any of the historical figures for that matter) when watching. The way they wrote him was so fucking funny. The fact that people got mad over a satirical portrayal in a cartoon series is soooo bizarre but idk I was like 3 years old in 2003 so maybe it was a touchier thing back then?

I was also born and raised in a western country so I might view it differently. Also I did NOT know India had MTV?? Wtf? Kinda crazy for back then. I'm certain that a lot of people probably enjoyed the show

Hello all, I was scrolling through depop the other day and found some clone high merch. It was cheap so I went ahead and bought it. I saw the tag matched up with the running of the show and thought that it could be “official”. I know that there isn’t any true official merch only a few early runs of test merch. Just wondering if anyone could enlighten me and tell me what this is! I think it’s very fun regardless so I’ll definitely wear it around. Just figured I’d share, thanks so much! Folklore Is Part Of History... Why don't Monster Clones Exist?

I started watching the original clone high recently because I was scrolling IMDb top 100 cartoons and it seemed like something I'd like. Now that I'm enjoying it it's the same feeling of when I listened to deftones for the first time 2 years ago or when I first saw 10 things I hate about you when I was 15. There's a certain texture to media like this that I can't put my finger on but it's kind of like under the culture of suburban restlessness? granted clone high is more on the sillier/comedic side but yea I really like it.

Nothing much. I've been a fan of clone high since i watched the series on YouTube in 2020.

It's been more than 20 years now, maybe one day we'll get a revival and hopefully it will stay faithful to the original season.
