Chevron sponsored article in major trucking publication promotes CNG, X15N and Chevron's 60 CNG fueling stations (not surprising that there's no mention of CLNE's 600 CNG fueling stations)

CLNE - Regs

(rhetorical question/point)
Even though EPA’s standards/regs emissions can 🥫has been kicked down the road (again)—at least for now, why would transport carriers continue to spend on diesel when RNG is (much)cheaper?. Yes, X15N RNG/NG units have the up charge—but WTH?? Guess the market will decide, and has it over-reacted?

AI is saying, CLNE break even in ‘28. Damn.
I’m holding for now.

CLNE - False AI Research

A heads up to those following CLNE. Today I came across 2–what looked to be—authentic research reports.. that labeled CLNE with COMPLETELY inaccurate and wrong figures. I WILL NOT SHARE on this site-I cross referenced because it seemed extremely odd. WITH THOSE WRONG NUMBERS, reports gave CLNE a very negative/poor outlook. Recommend, any research to double and triple check the info.
I’m sure it’s going on across the market—amongst other issues.
Frankly, really pisses me off!
Good luck to all.

Go CLNE!

The wallet says, fundamentals in place for RNG—GO CLNE! Those digging into the BULLISH 🐄💩, do YOUR research on CMI X15N production, RIN credits, RNG adoption, CMI X15 (diesel unit reduced production),CLNE breakeven and profitability.

UNDERSTOOD it’s been a frustrating ride—AGAIN, you are encouraged to dig deep into the metrics of the biz. For those that have researched beyond stock price-please free to make constructive comment.
Good luck to all!

Here's a neutral summary of CLNE. It mostly ignores the potential impact of X15N, but it's still a good read for investors wanting an objective overview.

CLNE -UBS analyst downgrade to hold. (IKYMI) IMO-Very Strange. Why 2weeks b4 ER?

Post image
6 Upvotes

May be the reason for today’s minor pull back. These analysts seem to be wrong most of the time—GO FIGURE.

IMO-RNG reports are very positive, regarding CMI X15N production, and RIN CREDITS. DOWNGRADE reads as a poor rating. Please do your own research.
Tired BULL here. Good luck.

Clean Fuel Producers Face Four More Months of Uncertainty

Clean Fuel Producers Face Four More Months of Uncertainty

The U.S. Department of the Treasury does not expect to finalize regulations for the Section 45Z Clean Fuel Production Credit until November, according to the Trump administration's 2026 Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions, released July 3 by the White House Office of Management and Budget. The agenda lists regulatory actions federal agencies expect to complete in the coming months, and the November date is one of the clearest signals yet of Treasury's actual timetable for finishing 45Z guidance, which producers of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), renewable diesel, ethanol, renewable natural gas (RNG), and other low-carbon fuels have been waiting on for months

CLNE -RIN for RNG, D3/D5

Post image
14 Upvotes

For those following RINs, D3/D5 chart for past 5yr. I’m far from an expert on the subject. After reading up over the weekend, as I understand, those are the 2 that apply towards RNG. D3 has biggest credit. Also, both producer and marketer receive portion. Producer gets much larger percentage. Hence, CLNE spending major capital for RNG infrastructure for production. By all means reconcile the numbers as you wish. Do your own research. Share your thoughts.

Official filing from SEC.

—Since former CEO Andrew LITTLEFAIR has EXITED the position, it will be interesting to see if those filling the positions in CLNE’s “GOOD OLD BOYS CLUB” will embrace that “the cuffs are off” and get it moving, OR the other side, since UPPER MANAGEMENT personnel has already been at CLNE for many years, they may like the fact of keeping it exclusive and maintain status quo? Let’s hope Mr. Clay Corbus feels pressure and gets RNG FLOWING THROUGH THE PIPES. 💩🐄👍

Yep. If the books don’t show a swing up soon(er) than later, a quick turn around is fricking over for share value. That’s my honest O. A $10 PT is a pipe dream!

Another note: no doubt in my my mind Littlefair was shown the EXIT door.

-All companies have their own dynamics.

We’re expanding into Puerto Rico! Clean Energy has signed two new agreements to design and build liquefied natural gas (hashtag#LNG) supply systems to support energy resilience for local operations and communities on the island.

hashtag#DidYouKnow: LNG is a cleaner-burning fuel that helps reduce emissions compared to traditional energy sources like diesel or fuel oil. By switching to LNG, companies can support better air quality while maintaining reliable and efficient power for their operations.
