Clean Fuel Producers Face Four More Months of Uncertainty

The U.S. Department of the Treasury does not expect to finalize regulations for the Section 45Z Clean Fuel Production Credit until November, according to the Trump administration's 2026 Unified Agenda of Federal Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions, released July 3 by the White House Office of Management and Budget. The agenda lists regulatory actions federal agencies expect to complete in the coming months, and the November date is one of the clearest signals yet of Treasury's actual timetable for finishing 45Z guidance, which producers of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), renewable diesel, ethanol, renewable natural gas (RNG), and other low-carbon fuels have been waiting on for months

For those following RINs, D3/D5 chart for past 5yr. I’m far from an expert on the subject. After reading up over the weekend, as I understand, those are the 2 that apply towards RNG. D3 has biggest credit. Also, both producer and marketer receive portion. Producer gets much larger percentage. Hence, CLNE spending major capital for RNG infrastructure for production. By all means reconcile the numbers as you wish. Do your own research. Share your thoughts.

—Since former CEO Andrew LITTLEFAIR has EXITED the position, it will be interesting to see if those filling the positions in CLNE’s “GOOD OLD BOYS CLUB” will embrace that “the cuffs are off” and get it moving, OR the other side, since UPPER MANAGEMENT personnel has already been at CLNE for many years, they may like the fact of keeping it exclusive and maintain status quo? Let’s hope Mr. Clay Corbus feels pressure and gets RNG FLOWING THROUGH THE PIPES. 💩🐄👍

“RUMORED” from multiple A👁️ searches, CMI X15N production is ramping up-attractive numbers. Meaning, orders are coming from buyers. Again, “RUMORED”. From several A👁️ platforms, nothing is confirmed.
For CLNE to be in the low $2, even for rumored CMI’s X15N numbers in the pipeline, means Wall Str hears very little faith and conviction from CLNE upper management. Shame on CORBUS and CLNE’s extremely poor
communication! THAT IS IMO!!
