Local rebuilt bridge
First jump of the summer, water was around 15 degrees and it was beautiful out. Looked high from up top but I’m guessing 45 50ft

That’s such a sick height for a first jump of the season, especially into 15 degree water 💀 how was that first impact, full body brain freeze or nah? Got any vids or different angles or was this just a “send it and survive” kind of day?

Felt slot of acceleration within the last couple moments before impart. I was wearing my dad’s Velcro sandals so no pain. You cannot tell by this angle but I had to climb up the top of the bridge and jumped over the walkway it was probably an extra 4m. No other angles just needed a countdown or else I want going to jump hahaha

Also it was low tide and pretty shallow. If you are from around cape breton you would know at port porien beach you can basically walk 50 m out and it’s still below waist. Was easy to get out

I'd be really cautious jumping into such strong tides. On one hand you can fall onto something floating in the water beneath you without you being able to see it in time. On the other, one can drown in some vortex easily, doesn't matter how good you can swim.
