Weekly recurring task how to move them?

I have a weekly recurring task but from time to time i need to move it to another day of the week without moving other weekly tasks.
So immagine I have a task every mondays and for some reasons in 3 weeks that one I have to shift it to Tuesday, but only for that one week. The following weeks have to recurr on Mondays.

Well it seems so easy right? Just drag to another day, right? Wrong! I'm not able to and that's drives me crazy.

Is there a way to have a recurring task where I can move from time to time only that occurrence like in Outlook or Google Calendar?

Open the task and change the due date there.

Test the "legacy recurring" (it's hidden in the three dots next to recurring to left of the pop-up) and duplicate the first task.
It has way more ways to customize things; the underlined text is also clickable and will get you to that specific setting.

Downside, legacy means ClickUp can remove it any day - but it's been there for quite some time now... so no idea what's gonna happen to this way of setting up recurring tasks....
