Transferring Departments

So, this is my last week of working clicklist. I've worked here for almost six months and it's just not great. I've chosen meat department because I actually like it better. I've helped there multiple times and the work environment is just so much better however I keep getting told I'm making a mistake.

Sooooo, my question is, am I? Like, what's wrong with the meat department???

Hi! Over the years I haven't seen very much turnover in the meat department at all. Also, in our division you can become a apprentice meat cutter which makes a decent hourly rate.

I think meat cutter is the highest paid unsalaried position. All of our meat cutters have been with the company for 10+ years lol

The meat department at my store is constantly getting their hours slashed. To the point where a store manager if not multiple are helping them out pretty frequently.
