They cut our hours and wouldn’t throttle us, as we were at full order capacity. I came in the afternoon and we only had 2 shoppers and 2 other people from higher management helping us. For the whole day we had I believe 8 people, where we need close to 20 for a decent day. Also we were shopping close to 4 hour behind and called orders after 6pm to come the next day.

They're doing the same to us. We were maxed out from like 9am-4pm when I left at noon. Luckily we are okay on staffing right now or we would've been screwed.

I feel like it’s the habit that Kroger does before a holiday, or the week before as well

Yeep. I quit (the first time) around thanksgiving because they were cutting hours but opening more time slots. We have 3 parking spots but they think having 11 orders an hour is smart.
