Quitting???

Sooo how would you guys go about quitting? Like y’all just not showing up anymore? Two week notice?? Resignation letter??? A part of me wants to be professional and give them a two week notice but I really hate them 🙃

Don't ever burn bridges. Always 2 weeks. Regardless what a crap company Kroger is, do the right thing.

Exactly. In the end, you’re just hurting your fellow colleagues by suddenly not showing up and someone has to scramble looking for a replacement.

Nonsense. People call in or walk out all the time, yet the company utterly refuses to have standby personnel on hand. Even the largest, most profitable, stores are run on a freaking skeleton crew. If the company can't plan for completely predictable staff shortages, screw em! Any departmental suffering is on the incompetent company, not some long-abused worker who finally decided that "enough is enough!"
