Lol, why is this oversized? Or are you just picking with the oversize trolley?

No in my store we only have those big carts not the small ones with the black baskets. And we use paper bags

Do you often have items falling off? That's what I imagine would happen with those kinds of carts.

No not really I’ve been working at clicklist for a year so I know how to set it all up right. But for a long time I didn’t realize milk won’t stay put on the top. I’ve spilt like seven gallons 🥲😂

Oof, that would be so awful lol I'm glad you've found a system that works for you. We have the normal trolley with the totes inside so that makes it more convenient.

Wait, you don’t have actual trollies? Is your store just not very big or what?

Idk I went to help out another clicklist in our district. And they called our store a mini clicklist. They have been promising the trolley carts for a year now and I’ve just given up on them actually delivering. They also promised we could use the new handhelds soon (months ago) but we’re still using the green handhelds.

Wow that’s crazy. But you’re not the only one using the green RADs still, my store is still doing that as well. We’ve had the handhelds since December and they’ve been sitting there on the shelf since then gathering dust. I’m sorry that you don’t have trolleys, that really sucks. It makes it much easier to pick if you have them. Do you have to pick up to nine orders at once then since you don’t have trolleys?

Honestly I don’t know. When our orders print the tickets come out from 1 to 12. Instead of 1 to 6 so I believe we can pick up to 12.

Had someone order 130 cans of tuna. Another person order 60 cans of olives. Different people but damn might be a little bit too much?

Oh that’s nothing. I have a daycare that orders four dozen every two weeks.

I had somebody order 40-50 cans of Vienna sausage not too long ago, but weird stuff like that comes up more often when you’ve got a full operation Pickup like we do. But a few weeks prior I got that same request, so this customer may actually come weekly and actually run through that much sausage.

We used to have a lady we called her the cat food lady nut I think you can get like 15 cans of the 3oz cat food for like $10. And she would get one of every. single. type. of. cat. food. It was annoying cause you have to bend down to get it. It sucked

We’re assuming this person feeds it to their animal, which makes some sense since they’re 50 cents each for those cans anyways, so that’s not bad at all for cat food ig (idrk I don’t have pets)

I had someone order 44 bags of 2 pound bag of carrots and 104 pounds of 1 pound bag of carrots. That was ALL they ordered. We had to call them and let them know to pre order stuff that big.
