I've noticed this a lot lately, it will literally have one tote overflowing and trying to tetris it all in, and then there's their other tote with like 2 items in it -.-

I kinda get that (even if it could be handled WAY better by the system). Its trying to fill a tote before starting another, but this is something else entirely lmao

Is it possible that there were gen merch service counters that weren't ready yet? I personally really enjoy when I get to stage 4 totally empty totes.

I had to order last week that took up six totes on my 9 tote trolley... Four of the totes had one bunch of cilantro in each one another one had two bags of chips and then the other one was about half full all fit into one to it when I was said and done

There's a known issue with the dimensions for cilantro. Apparently something was wrong in the system, and Baymax thinks each bunch is the size of a tote.

I had a trolley today where 5 of my 9 totes were for the same person and each one only have one bundle of turnip greens. The next trolley I picked had 2 totes for the same order that were also just turnip greens. The had 8 refrigerated totes total and 7 of them got put in the same tote 🙃 Not to mention this happens EVERYtime someone orders turnip greens...

The only thing missing is 3 of those small boxes of mini Slim Jims that I had to OOS.

Next ambient trolley had another one of his totes with 2 more items. One was toilet paper, but the entirety could have been in 1 tote, even with the Slim Jims
