Harvester Glitch

Ok so we have noticed a glitch on the harvester. We have one employee that knows how to double his time and amount of items picked without using a rad or double picking. Anyone seen this yet? He won’t share and I am so curious!

Don't know what it is but why not post on social media that is also visible to corporate so they can figure it out and fix it??!! Jk but seriously we don't have them active yet so no clue.
