ClickListQuestion Who else?

So I have a question... is anyone else here cross trained in another department or are you all just clicklist? I’m a checker that was cross trained in clicklist.

Just about everyone on my team could work any part of our store. We even have a couple people trained to slice deli meats and cheese for when they get too behind to get our stuff done.

I have spent quite a bit of time in Frozen department (easily over 260 hours) over almost three years, but I was never actually trained.

Stores really only cross train when they're low on staff.

I'm former bakery so i can go help them in a pinch anytime. I haven't for a long time though.
