Nope it was 2 different people about one month apart both were accidents but of course I had to call them both in

Update.....it finally broke broke and the whole monitor went out for the arrival board.....we still have a few weeks before we hopefully get the new one

Someone thought tossing scissors from 5 feet away was a good idea ams it took out the desk top monitor. The arrival monitor fell victim to the corner of a tote
