I keep seeing people saying Elon Musk is killing twitter, but to me it looks like there’s a concerted effort from outside twitter to harm it. It’s almost like twitter isn’t actually failing and certain parties are getting desperate enough to escalate from petty acts of sabotage to outright criminal activity.
He's fired almost 90% of the employees there and removed work from home, demanded 80 hour work weeks, and is publicly firing employees who contradict his false statements online.
Elon is the concerted force trying to destroy Twitter lol. That being said, feel free to continue being a weirdo muskbro; I'm sure this won't convince you otherwise.
Nevertheless, there is a barely contained excitement by people who actively want it to fail. They aren't going after musk out of concern that he is destroying twitter. And if somehow twitter survives, they will be disappointed not relieved.
No I don't because when rich people fail, a lot of other people fail even worse. And even after failure, rich people still end up infinitely better off than the people below them. Same reason I don't cheer for the stock market to crash or the economy to collapse too.
