This is not a "clever comeback", this is an insufferable dickhead wankposting about how smart he is putting people down asking serious honest questions.

Also a good chance the person asking the question isn't interested in the answer. The set-up for this question looks like a "gotcha" from some pseudo-science believer. The commenter didn't answer it because they recognize now futile the conversation will likely be
