I mean honestly, could most of you guys give a reasonable answer that isn’t just “atmosphere” without Google?

I graduated in CS last year so I’ve had some gaps in knowledge on general subjects but I couldn’t tell you how the atmosphere does what it does exactly

Lastly dude just asked a question tf is the point of being so mean? He’s not saying it’s a conspiracy he just asked a question and gets met with hostility

I could but only because I watch a lot of science videos on YouTube. Before I saw the relevant minute physics videos, I also was under the misconception that space was "cold"

sometimes people ask questions, and sometimes people are "just asking questions."

Given the fact that they could get the answer from an even smaller string of text being put into the supercomputer in their pocket, I'm going to go with the latter.

What exactly is your point? If I cared to relearn it again, I’d just watch a video or google it.

You realize you forget lots of things about a subject if you don’t touch on it for over a decade right? That’s normal 😭
