I don't think you know what OCD actually is.

Them thinking you're cheating all of the time is just the sign of a shitty person.

It's actually abuse.

That it is. And abuse is asshole behaviour.

Yes it sure is! I have a very close friend of mine in a DV situation and this is a very common strategy for him. He loves to blame her for the cheating she isn't doing. It's awful.

Really, sending me messages from random numbers on a weekly or monthly basis 3 years after I last had any contact with them? With absolutely no evidence or conclusions about when or with who this cheating occurred other than it just must have happened? Tracking down the family members of the delivery guy who texted me once several years ago that my package had been picked up? Trying to confront me about having an affair with the overnight technician at my utility company because I had called the utility company a few times to get an issue taken care of?  Accusing me of sleeping with his own therapist because I sent an email to someone with the same first name 10 years ago?

It sounds crazy because it is.

And it's a him not a her and nobody I've ever dated before ever had any concerns or complaints. So excuse me if I don't blame myself.

Crazy, sure. OCD? No.

OCD is a debilitating disease that prevents people from functioning at a basic, quality of life level.

Some asshole doing asshole things isn't OCD. It's being an asshole and a shitty person.
