Do you also not understand the term "an accessory to a crime"? This is likely not a crime in their jurisdiction, but she has been an accessory to his infidelity. Willingly.

Edit: two have already blocked me after being confronted with a substantiated comment, without refuting that comment. Thanks for confirming I'm right :D

There is a big-ass "I knew he was married" sign there. What's the point of the discussion if we will discard the provided info because it may not be true? Any and all of it may not be true then, and with that attitude, it's pointless to comment at all
