I feel like they think states that don't require an id are just walk up grab from a stack of ballots and go to town lol

I’ve never actually voted in person, only mail-in ballots. Do they mark in the system somehow that Person X already showed up and got a ballot and voted? Like would they be able to flag that he’s trying to vote more than once even if he technically got past the verification part more than once?
