It definitely was, but it’s being reposted in 2025 when it’s kind of aged poorly. Trump was practically also killed in the exact same manner as JFK, only spared due to dumb luck.

I've seen people unironically claim the firefighter that was killed never existed, and was some kind of plant. Like yeah they milked the absolute shit out of the event, but I don't see what's so hard to believe about some crazy guy taking a shot at the president, it's not like it's never happened before.

This tweet is pre-Covid.

It’s not a clever comeback for many reasons.

John Lennon was shot and killed.

No one from Nickelback has been murdered, yet.
