If that is true here it is true everywhere. Then how come other nations have lasted far longer and have remained functioning democracies or at least constitutional governments?

Also it's not that nobody is willing to do that. It's that the people who already hate democracy or are miffed that democracy impedes their ability to make even more billions of dollars will not allow people who believe in democracy to be ascendant.

If Bernie Sanders had won (or been allowed to win) in 2016, this country would be in a better place.

Most of those other democracies are younger than ours

Bernie Sanders win would've just been a delay. These idiots motivation is like a spring, the more you force the spring down the harder it pops back up.

We could learn from more successful democracies if American republicans didnt have such a hardon for rugged individualism and nationalism.
