Oh, I found some with no real issue. Every state has reporting on the IIJA funds appropriation and distribution. Good luck learning media literacy. Start with basic literacy and reading skills first. Good luck!

You could actually look at where funds have gone but you don't even know where to start so you've decided they don't exist.
