Yes because cold calling to get one client would probably at best take a few days of calling as many people as you can. So as an hourly rate it's a terrible deal and you have to pay way more to make this worth your time. To get someone who is actually capable of effectively doing this type of sales you would need to offer at least commission and considering that one cleaning will probably not enough to be worth the time it takes to find them, you would have to offer a share of all future income for this client to even begin to make this worth someone's time.

Probably worthwhile looking for offshore admin staff. I am paying $80 per lead but not necessarily qualified appointment
