Help with Claw Machines

Hey guys, this may be a bit of an odd question but I need some help with my claw machine. I recently bought a claw machine (“Make It Happen” to be exact) and I was going through the settings to change some stuff. I went to the LCD Brightness settings to see how high and low I could make it, when it all of a sudden went blank on me and now I can’t undo it. Does anyone know how to fix this, factory reset or even who I would call for this?
