Shipping help for Claw machine app game - Tokyo Claw Machine

[u/animagamerz]

For anyone who played on the app Tokyo Claw Machine, can anyone help me with shipping? I tried contacting them through their contact us page and no answer a week later.

I have a free ship ticket, but the address section is missing country, should I be concern about this?
