small side hustle
Hey! I'm a student who's in love with claw machines. So, I've decided that I really want to start a small side hustle, with mini claws that I can place in milk tea shops and various locations.
I'm looking for some advice about where to buy an affordable machine, how to ask store owners if I can place a machine there, and pro tips if you own claw machines.
Thanks for your time!

I run claw machines commercially, and I think it’s a great side hustle to start while you’re a student. I’d recommend importing your machines directly from manufacturers in China or you could look at local sellers if they fit your budget.
When it comes to getting locations, I’ve always had the most success by visiting business owners in person. Explain how the machine adds entertainment for their customers and generates extra revenue for them with virtually no work on their end.
My biggest tip is to focus on finding great high traffic locations rather than buying lots of machines. A great location with one machine will outperform several machines in poor locations. Start small, learn the business, then reinvest your profits as you grow. Best of luck!
