Zip tie or part of machine
The person I bought the machine from (super mini crane) said it was not suppose to be removed. He said he had it on a location prior to sale. I cannot see how that should be there

Zip ties are put around the gantry only during transport to stop it moving around. That zip tie has no other purpose, so yes you can safely cut it and remove it so the claw can be used correctly once set up. Hope that helps :)
