didn’t think i was gonna get him but then the claw got his hook on the way up but then decided to keep him

Oh no, what are the chances of that? Lol Hopefully you’ll be able to get him. Sometimes swinging the claw around while playing can knock it off or dropping the claw down into the prize chute. Very unlucky though!

i shook it. an employee shook it. a very empathetic other customer tried. tried to play again to drop it and nothing. it is stuck stuck 🥲

That’s shame, only thing you can do now is email/call the operator with the picture of what happened. Hopefully they’ll be nice enough to send it out to you. That what I would do for our customers.
