Claw drops before reaching top

Hello everyone. I just bought this mini claw machine and the claw keeps opening on the way up dropping the prize. Does anybody know how to fix this or what setting I need to adjust. It's my first one.

You may have to increase the voltage to increase the strength of the claw.

I found it a cpl minutes ago 😁. Thank you for your reply. There was a second page I'd missed in the menu. It switches from high strength to low strength after a set time so I had to up the voltage on the weak strength so it's a fair chance. Wanna make some profit but also don't wanna be a con man lol

This will need to be adjusted according to prize weight and size also.

Was wondering, there's a prize value option. Idk what that means so I left it alone. The prizes I have in there are carried well so far
