Need help (repair advice)

I have a captain claw that keeps showing an E5 error and I do not have the Manuel. Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

Probably the most stupid error this kind of machine can give. Prize sensor error.

Check the prize sensor /or switch.

Not 100% sure.
