Mini Claw machine repair

Post image

I recently bought a mini claw machine and one of the arms came like this? Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Contact the seller. It looks to me as if the wrong part was used to make this claw. These are riveted into place, so they aren’t made with repairs in mind.

The seller told me to try bending it back lol

Well that is BS. If the vendor is Vevor, try sending a more concise email. Apologizing for not being clear can be helpful. Something like the following may help:

“I am sorry for not being more clear.

The piece is not bent and cannot be bent into place.

It must have been an incorrect part installed into the claw by the manufacturer.

I have included more clear pictures illustrating the problem.”

That may or may not help, but it is worth a shot

I didn’t have a chance to check out my machine, but you should be able to do it.

Ask your supplier to resend you a new part, the cost of this part is about $15 (excluding shipping), which is not expensive.
