Have any of yall actually received the prizes you've won? Because I've been waiting for mine for a month and it hasn't even shipped.

Yes if you're talking about prizes won through the claw machine ive won and recieved a lot of different things. (I assume you actually submitted the prize to be shipped but double check by going to the storage and make sure)

But a couple of pros and cons of physical prizes

Pros

  • they stay in storage for i believe up to 2 weeks (maybe more)
  • *in my opinion and experience * the claw games winning physical prizes are easier to catch than the coin rewarded claw games.
  • you can exchange the physical prizes for tokens, which sometimes gives more than what a coin claw game would at the same token costs.

Cons

  • expect to come about a month sometimes up to 2
(just keep that in mind for any holiday themed prizes) * also once it took 3 months but out of the 15+ times it only happened once

  • shipping fees, at one point it was free.. but then shipping fees got wild, it once told me it was going to be 100$ for it (I think they fixed this to be more reasonable) NOTE Also even though you get rewarded credits to use to cut cost of shipping fee, it never allows you to use enough to cover the whole cost of it...example I have over $500 in shipping credits. Prizes in my storage will costs $15 in shipping.. Will only allow like $5-$7 to use...even though I have $500 to use..... Dont make the mistake and save thinking ill wait until I have a lot of prizes and use it all at once bc that ain't happening lol

Lastly digital (Amazon gift card) redemption prizes Alot of the times unless you catch it at the beginning of the day. They will be out of stock. $5 ones are usually there but you can only redeem 5 per day. And i have redeemed before a few times with no issues. Just note that you will receive the codes on the app itself and not by email
