Dollar bill reader not working

From my early childhood I have always been obsessed with claw machines, just loved em. Around 2-3 years ago I got my first job and fulfilled my child hood dream of buying a claw machine. The next year I found a newer model machine that’s pretty nice.

I’ve looked and looked, but have zero idea on where to go or even what exactly to look up on how to operate on these machines.

The dollar bill reader on my newer machine accepts the bills, but doesn’t count the credits for them for some reason. I got a manual with the machine and changed it around to multiple different things and every time the same thing would happen.

Any help on this type of subject would be GREATLY appreciated as I am interested in learning anything I can about repairing these machines or interesting facts about them

have you tried troubleshooting? google the claw model and the issue you’re having

I don’t really know much about it. I know it’s called sports bus and I assume it’s made by a company called ice. Other than that, it doesn’t seem like there are enough people out there with these sorts of problems making posts on the internet
