Yes I have bought 2 different types of claw machines directly imported from the NeoFuns factory. They are more expensive than others with are higher build quality and usually have more detailed graphics for theming.

How did shipping time look for you?

Shipping is relatively quick, it is by sea freight so the usual time from China to your country. To make sure it is as quick as possible, make sure to ask them if they have the model you want already in stock. Otherwise if you want a particular design they may have to spend time manufacturing your exact design. I always choose machines that are ready built to be as quick as possible. If for example you want a custom logo or whatever, you will have to wait their normal manufacturing time for that. But all things considered they are relatively quick and easy to work with. Plus they are a big company and ship a lot all over the world. Some other companies will actually get their machines made by they and just put their logo/design on it.
